LIAM CHIVERS
MANAGING DIRECTOR
One of the first entrepreneurs to truly recognise the commercial power of digital creators, Liam Chivers founded OP after a successful decade as Sales Director at Bertelsmann and a chance encounter with (a then relatively unknown) Ali-A at a gaming expo.
Over the years, Liam has become a well known face and go-to within the influencer industry thanks in no small part to the huge amount of brand campaigns he has led on and the effort he has put in to educate brands on the influencers that OP represent and how to optimise their collaborations with them.

Starting out as a journalism intern focused on Gaming and Male Lifestyle genres at Bauer Media in the early 2010s, James’ journey to becoming an Influencer Manager started at Endemol’s former digital label, Beyond, where he optimised their original content for YouTube booked social talent, including the likes of KSI and Ali-A, to star in a variety of original digital formats such as Rule’m Sports and Legends of Gaming.
With OP joining the Endemol (now Banijay) label in 2017, James made the switch to managing talent with OP, transferring his knowledge and contacts within the gaming, sports and tech industry to influencer management.

LAURA ALLINGTON
TALENT MANAGER
Initially working agency-side of the media industry, Laura had her first experience of working with social talent at Digital Marketing agency, Kameleon, where she ran social campaigns for a host of top brands before eventually forming relationships with a handful of influencers and taking them on in a management capacity.
Following a number of years successfully managing the careers of the likes of Lifestyle vloggers, Emily Canham and Jake Boys, Laura made the switch to OP in 2017 and has gone on to lead a huge number of brand campaigns across the lifestyle genre and more, as well as launching a series of merchandise ranges, products and books for talent.
